If you would like to change this setting in your browser, proceed as follows for the browser you are using:

For Microsoft Edge: Select Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data > Allow sites to save and read cookie data. click the button to the right of "Allow sites to save and read cookie data" until the button is to the right.  Note: This will affect both Web Storage and cookies.

For Firefox:  enter "about:config" in the URL window of a new browser tab and click Enter; click the blue "Accept the Risk and Continue" button; enter "dom.storage.enabled" into the search box at the top of the page; if the "dom.storage.enabled" setting does not show as "true" click the toggle to the far right until the setting is "true"

For Google Chrome:  enter "chrome://settings/content/cookies" in the URL window of a new browser tab and click Enter; on the subsequent screen select "Allow all cookies" to enable.  Note:  This will affect both Web Storage and cookies.  Chrome doesn't currently provide a way to enable/disable Web Storage separately to cookies.

For Safari:  Select Preferences > Privacy > Cookies and website data > Block all cookies.  Note:  This will affect both Web Storage and cookies.

 

BOM Registration Fall 2026

I've read the instructions...take me right to the form!

 

Registration

Using this form, you can register and pay online for the October 2026 BOM in Arlington.  The form is in two parts:  1) Personal Information; and 2) Event Registration and Payment.  In the Personal Information section, your Last Name, First Name, National Number, Phone, and Email address are required fields.  Your registration cannot be completed without this information.  If there is a Yes/No choice, clicking one of the radio buttons will record your choice.

In the Event Registration and Payment section, type a "1" into the field in the Compatriot Registration Fee row to add this cost to your registration (you can amend/add fees to your registration in the future by leaving this field blank when you fill out the form again, as you will have already paid the fee once).  For the remaining Event Registration and Payment entries, enter the number of people (or tickets for respective items) who/which you are including in this registration and who will be attending the respective event in the Number Attending column and the proper totals will be automatically calculated on the form for you.

If you feel like you have made too many errors, click the Reset button at the very bottom of the form to remove all entries and set all amounts to zero.  You can correct a single entry by reentering the data (Personal Information) or re-entering a number in the appropriate Number Attending box.  When your order is set the way you want it, click the Checkout button to proceed to the PayPal processing page.  If you do not see a PayPal page, your registration cannot be completed and you should let the webmaster know that there is a problem!

Texas SAR online payments are processed via PayPal.  You do not need to be a PayPal member to make credit card payments via PayPal, but members will have their usual options (as previously set up) as to how payments are made.  You will automatically transfer to a secure PayPal server for credit card processing as soon as you complete the form and click the Checkout button.

When you get to the PayPal page, members need only enter your email and password to log on to your account to complete payment.  Non-members can click the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button to pay.  Additional pages will allow you to enter the appropriate credit card information to complete the transaction. 

You will be able to view the details of your transaction on the initial PayPal page to ensure that all elements were correctly forwarded.  Do this by clicking on the purchase amount total shown at the top of the page.  "Remember that your payment is not made until you click the Pay Now button."

HOTEL RESERVATION:

  • Reserve directly with Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Arlington South by Friday, October 9, 2026, at 4:00 PM CDT.  Reserve through Hilton online by clicking here or call 817-557-8233.  Use SAR group code TXSAR to obtain the group rate and keep your confirmation number.  The $149 group rate applies to Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, subject to availability.  Complimentary self-parking is available.
  • Cancel hotel reservations directly with the hotel - not Texas SAR - at least 24 hours before scheduled check-in.  Confirm the cancellation terms shown on your reservation confirmation.

MEETING REGISTRATION

  • Complete the form below.  Please identify dietary or disability-related requirements and provide details.  We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your needs.
  • The Registration Fee for the 2026 Fall Board of Managers Meeting is $65 per Compatriot.  The cutoff date for regular registration is midnight October 9, 2026.  The fee for late registration at the door is $75.  Meals cannot be guaranteed for late registrations.
  • Welcome Reception:  Friday, 5:00pm – 6:30pm; no cost for registered SAR members and registered guests; cash bar.  Friday dinner is “On Your Own” at a nearby restaurant.
  • Saturday luncheon ($40):  Build Your Own Burger / Grilled Chicken Buffet with Angus beef burger or grilled chicken sandwich, bacon, assorted cheeses, fresh toppings, condiments, baked beans, seasoned fries, tea, and water.
  • Saturday banquet ($70):  Choose Grilled Chicken Marsala, Garlic Herb Crusted Pork Loin, or a special-diet meal.  Dinner includes salad, warm rolls, tea, and water.  New York Style Cheesecake and Key Lime Pie will be preset at each table in an approximately 50/50 mix; individual dessert selections cannot be guaranteed.
  • Raffle:  Handmade George Washington sword replica with scabbard, hand-forged 1095 high-carbon steel, and an 18th-century-inspired hilt.  Tickets are $5 each or five for $20.
  • Cancellations and refunds:  Cancel meeting registration or meals by October 14, 2026.  After that date, fees are nonrefundable.

 

DRESS / ATTIRE

  • General Session/BOM:  Business Casual or Jacket and Tie.  Luncheon:  Business Casual or Jacket and Tie. Dinner Banquet:  Jacket and Tie (Black Tie Optional); Ladies - nice business attire or dress.  Colonial attire is fine for all functions.
